The Customer Engagement Manager will serve as the primary interface between clients and our client’s Audit & Assurance delivery teams. The role is responsible for ensuring seamless execution of client engagements by coordinating multiple internal stakeholders, managing project timelines, resolving issues proactively, and delivering a superior client experience.
• Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned client accounts.
• Manage end-to-end execution of multiple client projects and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal delivery, operations, quality, technology, finance, and support teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct regular client reviews, provide project updates, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Identify risks, resolve escalations, and drive timely closure of issues.
• Support account growth by identifying opportunities for additional services within existing clients. Skills & Competencies
• 0-1 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Project Management, Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations. Freshers can also apply
• Exceptional project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership teams.
• Experience in Audit, Assurance, Compliance, Consulting, BPO/KPO, or professional services environments will be preferred.
