**Your key responsibilities as a Delivery Data Manager will include:**

• Independently managing assigned projects while collaborating with global project delivery teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• Overseeing the ingestion, validation, reconciliation, testing, and maintenance of client and fund data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders through email, MS Teams meetings, and other collaboration tools.
• Investigating and resolving complex data queries, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and business impact.
• Working closely with clients to understand their data requirements, challenges, and business objectives.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient data management practices.

**You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Delivery Data Manager:**

• You will have 0.6 to 2 years of experience in data management, data processing, data entry, validation, or reconciliation activities.
• You will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex data issues.
• You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with confidence interacting with global clients and colleagues.
• You will be proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications used in data management environments.
• You will have a basic understanding of mutual funds, financial services, or investment-related data, which will be considered an advantage.
