Job Description:
Administer users, roles, permissions, project structures and collaboration spaces with business stakeholders and SOBIS.
Provide first- and second-level support; resolve incidents and requests, escalating complex issues to SOBIS and IT teams.
Maintain metadata, numbering rules, templates and configurations; support approval workflows, revision control, transmittals and secure document exchange.
Monitor availability, interfaces and scheduled activities; coordinate troubleshooting and test upgrades and changes before deployment.
Support document imports, data quality, searches and reporting to improve consistency and retrieval.
Maintain operating documentation and knowledge articles; support onboarding, access reviews and user training.
Collaborate with document controllers, project teams and global IT; follow change, incident, quality and security processes with traceable records.
