**Job Purpose**
To provide electrical installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, commissioning and production support for automation machines and equipment across all shifts.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Perform electrical wiring, panel installation, machine wiring and electrical assembly.
• Read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and panel drawings.
• Support installation and commissioning of automation machines.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults, sensors, actuators, motors, VFDs, SMPS, relays, contactors and control circuits.
• Support troubleshooting of PLC I/O, HMI, safety circuits and machine interlocks.
• Perform preventive maintenance and electrical health checks.
• Support machine trials, debugging, changeover and production ramp-up.
• Coordinate with PLC/Software engineers for automation-related troubleshooting.
• Identify electrical failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain electrical breakdown and maintenance records.
• Ensure proper cable routing, termination, labeling and panel housekeeping.
• Follow electrical safety, LOTO, EHS and machine safety requirements.
• Support FAT/SAT, MVT and customer trials as required.

**Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Hands-on knowledge of control panels and industrial wiring.
• Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, sensors, VFDs, servo systems and safety circuits.
• Good troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of electrical safety practices.

**Qualification & Experience**

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics.
• 2–5 years of relevant industrial automation or manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on experience with automation machines preferred.
