You would be expected to: + Deliver projects end‑to‑end with clear scope and effective control across time, cost, and quality within defined guardrails. + Engage stakeholders to support delivery through clear communication and alignment. + Ensure governance and control by managing risks, maintaining documentation, and escalating key issues with mitigation actions. + Align project outcomes to business goals, track benefits, and support sustainable adoption. + Foster strong team collaboration, apply suitable methodologies, and drive continuous improvement in delivery practices. **Your Skills and Expertise** To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following
qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field with minimum 5+ years of project management experience + Minimum 7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, planning logistics, engineering, manufacturing operations, network with 3+ years in a leadership role + Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile delivery (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe) are required. **Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:** + Experience with AI, digital transformation, or emerging technologies in project delivery + Proven ability to lead end-to-end projects across Agile and Waterfall environments and manage risks + Strong problem-solving skills to analyse processes and drive improvements + Effective communication and collaboration with diverse, cross-functional stakeholders **Work
