We are looking for a high-calibre Executive Assistant Manager to work closely with the Business Head of a leading financial services organisation. The role requires a strong blend of financial planning, business strategy, budgeting, consulting, and client management, along with the ability to manage high-level stakeholder interactions. The ideal candidate will be from a Tier-1 institution, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience working with international clients or global stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Supporting the Business Head in developing and executing strategic business plans and key organisational initiatives.
Analysing financial performance, business metrics, budgets, and forecasts to support informed decision-making.
Preparing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis for business initiatives.
Managing and coordinating interactions with international clients and senior stakeholders.
Developing management presentations, business reviews, financial reports, and strategic insights for leadership discussions.
Supporting consulting-led engagements by conducting business and financial analysis and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Coordinating cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects, track priorities, and ensure timely execution.
Monitoring business performance against financial and strategic objectives and highlighting key variances and opportunities.
Supporting the Business Head in client meetings, reviews, negotiations, and other high-level business discussions.
Conducting market, competitor, and business research to support strategic planning and growth initiatives.
Requirements
Possessing 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in financial services, consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, business finance, or a related domain.
Holding a degree from a Tier-1 college/institution with a strong academic track record.
Demonstrating hands-on understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Having experience in client management, consulting, business analysis, or strategic project management.
Having worked with international clients or global stakeholders and demonstrated strong cross-cultural communication skills.
Possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to interact with senior leadership and external clients.
Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret financial and business data.
Possessing strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create management-level financial and business presentations.
Demonstrating the ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and operate in a fast-paced, leadership-driven environment.
Showing strong ownership, discretion, business maturity, and attention to detail while working closely with senior leadership.
