Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

· Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports and management reports.

· Monitor budgets, cash flow, expenses and working capital.

· Ensure timely GST, TDS, income tax and other statutory compliances.

· Coordinate with auditors, banks, financial institutions and consultants.

· Monitor project-wise costs, profitability and budget variations.

· Ensure proper accounting, internal controls and financial documentation.

· Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing.

· Review vendor payments, customer collections and outstanding balances.

· Support management in financial planning, cost control and decision-making.

· Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

· Guide the finance team and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

· Strong knowledge of financial reporting.

· Good understanding of budgeting, cash flow and working capital management.

· Experience in financial planning, cost control and MIS reporting.

· Knowledge of statutory compliance and audit management.

· Good analytical, communication and team management skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

· Qualification: CA / MBA Finance
