AP/AR Management: Take ownership of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable workflows to optimize cash flow and maintain strong vendor and client relationships.
Banking & Cash Flow: Conduct regular bank reconciliations and track daily cash flow movements to maintain liquidity awareness.
GST & Statutory Compliance: Prepare GST-related filings/data and ensure seamless compliance with local statutory tax requirements.
Financial Closings: Assist in accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing procedures.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate insightful Management Information System (MIS) reports and financial statements to guide strategic decision-making.
Audit Support: Serve as a key point of contact for external and internal auditors, preparing supporting documentation to ensure smooth audit cycles.
Document Management: Maintain neat, audit-ready physical and digital filing systems for all financial transactions and supporting documentation.
Core Accounting Expertise: Strong fundamentals in double-entry bookkeeping, AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Taxation Knowledge: Practical familiarity with GST preparation and statutory compliance.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in numbers, reconciliation, and documentation control.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate raw financial data into meaningful MIS reports for management.
