About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join the ibis India marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sensibility, a passion for design, and the ability to bring the ibis brand to life across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design engaging static creatives, social media posts, digital banners, campaign assets, and marketing collaterals for ibis India and its hotels.
Create short-form videos, reels, motion graphics, and promotional films for digital campaigns and brand communication.
Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling designs while ensuring consistency with ibis brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the marketing team and external agencies to develop creative concepts and execute integrated campaigns.
Use AI-powered design tools to enhance creative development, generate visual assets, streamline workflows, and explore innovative design possibilities.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, digital formats, AI tools, and creative technologies.
Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality creatives within defined timelines.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent design and video editing tools.
Strong understanding of typography, layouts, colour theory, visual storytelling, and digital design formats.
Experience in creating videos, reels, animations, and motion graphics.
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and the ability to integrate AI into design and content production workflows.
A strong portfolio showcasing static designs, videos, and digital campaigns.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple briefs, and deliver within tight deadlines.
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands.
