  • Integration Framework and Middleware: Implement integration solutions using Guidewire plugins, messaging frameworks, batch processes, and event-driven architectures. Work with middleware technologies and enterprise integration tools to deliver scalable and consistent connectivity.
  • Configuration and Customization: Develop and maintain Guidewire solutions using Gosu programming, working with the Guidewire data model and application configurations to support integration requirements. Apply established development standards and best practices.
  • Technical Design and Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical integration designs and implementation plans.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing and support integration testing to validate solution functionality, reliability, and performance. Participate in code reviews and address defects identified throughout the development process.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Investigate integration failures, debug technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective solutions across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Deployment and Documentation: Support deployment activities and prepare technical design documents, integration specifications, and implementation documentation to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance integration processes, improve code quality, optimize system performance, and strengthen overall technical delivery.
  • Agile Collaboration: Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle to deliver integration solutions within established timelines.
  • Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in Guidewire development and integration.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to investigate complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside technical and functional stakeholders.
