Manage and maintain the company’s HRMS application effectively.
Handle daily employee attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR documentation through HRMS.
Maintain accurate employee database and ensure confidentiality of records.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels of employees across various departments including Sales, Accounts, Legal, IT, Social Media, Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Administration.
