Intake Admin Analyst

The Intake Admin Analyst will work within the International Health Delivery Services (IHDS) Strategic Change Function, reporting to the IHDS PMO Lead. The role involves administrative tasks associated with intake and portfolio processes, collaborating with various teams, including the Intake Team, Reporting Team, and regional Portfolio Leads.

This is an entry-level Band 2 role that offers a foundation for progression to a Band 3 Intake Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a team-player attitude, a willingness to learn, and preferably some experience in a large corporate organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting Intake Analysts with meeting administration, such as scheduling, minute-taking, and action follow-ups.
• Performing housekeeping activities for Intake, T-shirt, and Business Impact Assessment tools, as well as Jira.
• Managing housekeeping and follow-ups for the capacity allocation model.
• Conducting general admin tasks related to intake, including Jira, SharePoint, and Confluence updates.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Jira is advantageous.
