Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced LS Retail & Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and optimizing retail and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge across Retail, Purchase, Production, and Finance modules along with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support LS Retail and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Handle end-to-end processes in the following modules:
Retail
Purchase
Production
Finance
Analyze business workflows and recommend process improvements.
Coordinate with technical teams, developers, and business users for successful project delivery.
Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
Troubleshoot functional issues and ensure timely resolution.
Support testing activities including UAT and system validation.
Ensure seamless integration and data flow across modules.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4–5 years of experience in LS Retail and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Strong functional expertise in Retail, Purchase, Production, and Finance modules.
Good understanding of retail business operations and ERP processes.
Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in ERP implementation projects.
Knowledge of integrations, reporting, and process automation.
Microsoft Dynamics certifications are an added advantage.
Soft Skills
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Good documentation and presentation skills
