4-5 years of experience in development and deployment of enterprise J2EE applications including BEA Weblogic clustered deployment using Struts, Servlet, JSTL, JPA, JDBC, Ant, JUnit, RTC tool etc
Strong in java programming language including multi-threading, JVM, concurrency, core java and j2ee design patterns, UML Diagrams
REQUIRED experience in Spring frameworks, web services, SOAP, Restful, JAXB, XML, XML Schema, SpringWS
Must have of hands on experience developing server side applications with core Java and XML.
Must have of hands on experience in OOD, working with design patterns.
Must have of hands on experience with onsite /offshore delivery model and clear communication.
Experience with Spring Framework
Experience with Hibernate - Work with minimal supervision, take initiative, collaborate and coordinate with other teams.
Thinking always about the big picture and attitude to learn and grow is very important.
Strong understanding of SOA and layered architectures.
Good troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
