Job description

Job Title: Lead - Delivery (Quality)

Location: Chennai
Shift: Night Shift
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team within the US Healthcare RCM process.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery across Cash Posting, Billing, Claim Adjudication, and Charge Entry functions.
  • Conduct quality audits, identify process gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, and compliance with client SLAs.
  • Provide coaching, training, and feedback to enhance team quality standards.

Requirements:
  • Any Graduate.
  • Strong domain expertise in Cash Posting, Billing, Claim Adjudication, and Charge Entry.
  • Good understanding of quality frameworks, audits, and process improvement.
  • Prior team handling/people management experience is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
