The Role

This role will be responsible for the strategy, governance, operational excellence, availability, security posture, and transformation of a complex global network environment comprising approximately:

2,000+ Network Devices (Routers, Firewalls, Core & Access Switches)

3,000+ Wireless Access Points

Multi-country WAN, Internet, SD-WAN and LAN Infrastructure

What You Do

• Enterprise Security Infrastructure including Next-Generation Firewalls, NAC and Secure Access Technologies
• The Domain Leader will serve as the highest escalation point for all Network and Security-related operations while driving automation, resilience, compliance, cost optimization, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
• The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong people leadership, customer engagement, service governance, and transformation experience.

• Own Network & Security service delivery and governance.
• Manage Palo Alto, Arista, Wireless, WAN/LAN, VPN, and SD-WAN environments.
• Drive SLA, KPI, uptime, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Lead Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident Management.
• Ensure security compliance, audit readiness, and risk mitigation.
• Manage disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Drive automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
