Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to oversee the company's finance and accounting functions, ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen financial controls, and support strategic business decisions through accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and monthly/annual financial closures.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting and working capital.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and variance analysis for management.
  • Establish strong internal controls and identify cost optimization opportunities.
  • Manage banking relationships and monitor receivables and payables.
  • Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
  • Drive process improvements and financial reporting automation.

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • CA with + years of relevant finance experience.
  • Strong expertise in accounting, taxation, audits, and financial planning.
  • Experience in budgeting and internal controls.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
