This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and curious professional looking to develop their expertise in digital marketing analytics within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Marketing Performance Monitoring: Track daily, weekly, and monthly marketing metrics across PPC, SEO, Meta Ads, and website performance to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify trends.
  • Dashboard Development & Reporting: Build, maintain, and update marketing dashboards and performance reports using Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Paid Campaign Analysis: Monitor and analyze advertising performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, identifying opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and results.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Extract meaningful insights from platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to support marketing strategy and performance optimization.
  • SEO & Competitor Research: Assist with keyword research, competitor benchmarking, organic search performance tracking, and ranking reports to identify opportunities for improved search visibility.
  • Data Visualization: Present marketing data through clear dashboards and visual reports, highlighting performance trends, conversion drop-offs, and potential growth opportunities.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Support the preparation and analysis of A/B testing reports for landing pages, advertising creatives, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with content marketing and performance marketing teams to share insights and support real-time campaign adjustments.
  • Budget & ROI Tracking: Assist in monitoring advertising budgets, tracking campaign spending, and evaluating return on investment across paid marketing channels.
  • Data Quality Management: Maintain accurate marketing datasets, ensure consistency in UTM tagging, and support reliable tracking and reporting processes.
  • AI & Automation: Explore and experiment with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Predis, and Supermetrics to automate routine analysis, streamline reporting, and improve marketing productivity.
  • Requirements:

  • 0–1 year of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, digital marketing, or a related field. Relevant internships and academic projects are also considered.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, charts, and data organization.
  • Basic working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with or a strong interest in digital marketing tools such as SEMrush, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Ability to interpret marketing data, identify meaningful trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Good data visualization skills, with the ability to create clear, structured, and easy-to-understand dashboards and reports.
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including PPC, SEO, paid advertising, website analytics, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and collaborate with different teams.
  • Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn new analytical tools and marketing technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
  • Must have a personal laptop, reliable internet connection, and a suitable workspace for remote work.
  • Additional Skills That Will Be an Advantage:
