Experience: 5+ Years Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Supply Chain Consultant to manage a migrated D365 environment, providing ongoing support, incident resolution, and business-driven enhancements.
Key Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 support for D365 F&O and Supply Chain modules. Analyze and resolve production issues within SLA timelines. Gather business requirements and drive enhancement initiatives. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams. Support testing, UAT, deployments, and release activities. Engage with business stakeholders to improve processes and user adoption. Ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills: Strong experience in D365 F&O and Supply Chain Management. Expertise in Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales, and Planning modules. Hands-on experience in post-go-live support and AMS engagements. Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Experience with requirement gathering, solution design, and testing. Knowledge of integrations, LCS, and change management processes is preferred. Preferred: D365 certifications. Exposure to Finance modules and Power Platform. Experience supporting global D365 implementations.
