Network Security Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on **Network Security Engineer** to operate, enhance, and support enterprise network segmentation and access-control solutions, with a focus on secure and reliable manufacturing/OT environments.

### What You’ll Do

• Operate and enhance **network segmentation and access-control platforms**.
• Develop and maintain **NAC and group-based security policies**.
• Troubleshoot complex **Layer 2/Layer 3** connectivity and policy issues.
• Configure and support **SGT, TrustSec, ISE, or equivalent technologies**.
• Analyze network traffic and optimize segmentation policies.
• Support onboarding of new **OT/manufacturing equipment**.
• Partner with Network, Cybersecurity, and OT/site engineering teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

### What We’re Looking For

• **5+ years** in Network Engineering or Network Operations.
• At least **2 years** of Network Security, NAC, segmentation, or policy-enforcement experience.
• Strong knowledge of **Routing, Switching, VLANs, ACLs, and L2/L3 troubleshooting**.
• Hands-on experience with **NAC/ISE, network segmentation, or similar platforms**.
• Experience with packet capture and traffic-flow analysis.
• **OT/ICS or manufacturing network exposure strongly preferred**.
• Cisco networking/security experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• **CCNA/CCNP, ISC2, GICSP, or ISA/IEC 62443** certifications are a plus.
