  • managing invoices entails:
    • Creating Purchase Requisitions (PR) in SAP
    • Obtaining and validating Invoices for accuracy
    • Approving / Rejecting / Correcting Invoices in SAP
  • SAP activities require us to follow AP and C&P processes, Identifying OA #s etc, creating PRs, follow-up on PO’s, creating SES’s, etc.
  • Significant manual effort outside of SAP is also required:
    • Chasing vendors for timely invoices
    • Chasing vendors to correct invoice amounts, budgets, etc.
    • Chasing AP on updates on missing invoices, invoice issues, scanning
    • Tracking invoice history for LoS reporting
