As an Oracle HCM Functional - Senior Associate you will help clients shape and support Oracle Human Capital Management solutions that improve HR processes, talent management, and system adoption within our Digital Core Modernisation practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex client needs, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members while growing your technical skills and business context. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to consulting efforts across Oracle HCM applications by supporting solution design, implementation, training, and issue resolution for client teams.

Responsibilities

\- Analyzing client Oracle HCM requirements and translating them into functional solution designs
\- Configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules to support human capital processes and business needs
\- Supporting implementation activities across Oracle Human Capital applications, from design through deployment
\- Interpreting complex client process flows and recommending improvements to talent, payroll, benefits, and time management functions
\- Developing testing scenarios, validating results, and resolving system issues during implementation cycles
\- Preparing user guidance and facilitating training materials for Oracle HCM end users
\- Assessing data conversion needs and supporting movement of employee data into Oracle environments
\- Monitoring deliverables across assigned workstreams while maintaining alignment with project objectives and timelines
\- Mentoring junior team members and reviewing their assigned tasks for accuracy and completeness
\- Building client relationships by responding to questions, anticipating needs, and communicating progress on functional workstreams

What You Must Have

\- At least a Bachelor's degree
\- At least 5 years of experience
\- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

\- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
\- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
\- Utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud to configure functional processes and workflows
\- Analyzing HR process needs and translating them into solution designs
\- Interpreting client feedback to refine deliverables and recommendations
\- Supporting change activities across Oracle Human Capital projects
\- Developing client relationships while navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
