Job description
Your Responsibilities:
• Handling Order booking deliverables including Order Entry & booking with SAP S4HANA/REIWA system.
Activities include supporting the Sales & Marketing teams with order processing, order acknowledgement, review of orders, order entry, etc.
Validate order information, pricing, product details, and contractual requirements.
Creation of Purchase requisitions (PR) and Purchase Order (PO).
Constant tracking & follow-up with internal stakeholders supporting seamless handover of projects.
Collaborate with Planning & project management to keep track of deliverables
Maintain Order booking register with Monthly MIS and generate SAP reports.
Track and manage order exceptions, cancellations, and escalations.
Support invoicing process.

Your Background:
Knowledge in SAP S4HANA system
Candidate should have excellent knowledge of SAP SD processes - order management, contract management, pricing, delivery, and billing
Knowledge on all the SAP T codes related to SAP SD Module.
Bachelor's degree (Electrical Engineering is preferred).
2-4 years of work experience in order handling.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English language(empty)
