Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer - ServiceNow

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different system components. Collaboration with various stakeholders to address operational challenges and optimize application functionality is an integral part of the workday.The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Custom Apps / App Engine, with the ability to design and deliver custom applications, workflows, integrations, data models, and user experiences tailored to business needs.

Technical Skills: - Must To Have
Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.- Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.- Familiarity with using APIs and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments.- Ability to work with low-code/no-code platforms to develop and deploy application solutions.- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.- Understanding of release management processes and version control in packaged applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
