Redress customer needs pertaining to cash, DDs, cheque deposits, general information. Speed and accuracy of transaction. Exploitation of other business opportunities sensed. Providing quality of experience that will ensure retention and positive word-of-mouth. EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & QUALITITIES Experience of 1-2 years only. The experience should have been in the front-office of banks. Graduate. Well groomed and presentable. Bilingual proficiency: English and local language Should have a desire to know and understand financial terminology. Likewise, should be comfortable handling cash. Computer proficiency a must.
