Position Purpose: We are looking for an experienced professional with 7-8 years of
experience in Engineering and Maintenance domain and has proven exposure to SAP
implementation and digital transformation projects.

4 User training, go-live, and post-implementation support. High Educational Qualification: B. Tech / M. Tech / MBA
Technical Competencies: SAP Certified Application Associate / relevant certifications
Carrier Trajectory:
Post successful completion of SAP implementation project (after 12 15-months),
candidate will be absorbed back into business operations into following potential
positions (indicative and not limited to)
Senior Manager position in Plant Maintenance / Engineering with additional
responsibilities such as:
o Complete maintenance function
o Reliability engineering
o Utilities management
o Shutdown planning
o Asset lifecycle management
Operational leadership role responsible for:
o Plant engineering
o New line installations
o Capacity expansion projects
o Automation initiatives
o Digital manufacturing
