PMO

Job Description:

• Establish and drive PMO governance, project plans, milestones,

• dependencies, RAID logs, action trackers, and management dashboards.

• Coordinate with Business, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk,

• Compliance, and vendor teams for seamless execution.

• Track project timelines, deliverables, budgets, resources, risks, and

• dependencies; proactively manage deviations and escalations.

• Prepare weekly/monthly status reports, SteerCo decks, dashboards, and

• leadership updates.

• Drive project governance meetings, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional

• discussions, ensuring action items are tracked to closure.

• Manage requirements, UAT coordination, defect tracking, release

• planning, go-live readiness, and post-production support.

• Support banking transformation initiatives across Payments, Cards,

• Lending, Digital Banking, Core Banking, and platform modernization.

• Work closely with technology teams on system integrations, migrations,

• releases, and implementation activities.

• Ensure adherence to project management standards, governance processes,

• and applicable banking/regulatory requirements.
