Relationship Manager - MF

Business Development

• Source and acquire new microfinance customers through field activities and referrals.
• Promote microfinance loan products and generate business as per assigned targets.
• Conduct customer meetings and group formation activities in designated areas.
• Identify potential markets and business opportunities for portfolio expansion.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Provide guidance on loan products, eligibility criteria, and repayment schedules.
• Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Credit Assessment

• Conduct field investigations and customer verification.
• Assess customer repayment capacity and business stability.
• Collect and verify necessary documents for loan processing.
• Recommend loan proposals as per credit policies.

Portfolio Management

• Monitor the performance of assigned loan portfolio.
• Ensure quality of portfolio with minimal delinquency.
• Track repayment schedules and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and MIS reports.

Collections & Recovery

• Ensure timely collection of loan installments.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and initiate recovery actions.
• Maintain collection efficiency as per organizational benchmarks.
• Support legal and recovery teams in resolving difficult cases.

Compliance & Operational Control

• Adhere to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation and audit compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Report any discrepancies, fraud, or policy violations immediately.

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM preferred.

• 1-5 years of experience in Microfinance, BFSI, Banking, NBFC, or Rural Lending.
• Freshers with strong communication and field sales aptitude may also be considered.
