Bike Maintenance
Reduce unplanned equipment downtime through proactive maintenance initiatives PJP 95%
Develop a High-Performing Maintenance Team
Initiating tool box talk with the team and conduct monthly training session for Technicians and Bike Mechanic to improve their understanding of equipment maintenance and Safety protocol
