Sales & Marketing Internship for BBA / MBA Students with Certificate

Management students often have to pick between a sales internship and a marketing one. Here you do both, on one product: CoreHRx, the HR and payroll platform from ThinkNext Innovations Pvt Ltd (ISO 9001 certified, incubated at IIM Lucknow's EIC).

Your two-sided role

Marketing: market research on target industries, competitor comparisons, help with social media and email campaigns, and preparing sales collateral.

Sales: follow up on the leads those campaigns bring in, qualify them, and present CoreHRx to business owners alongside our sales team.

You will see the whole funnel, from a campaign idea to a signed customer, which makes for a strong summer project or final-year report.

We are looking for

• BBA and MBA students (B.Tech and MCA students interested in business roles can also apply)
• Good communication in English and Hindi, comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets
• Ready to accept challenges and switch between analysis and talking to customers
