Sales executive

Job Description:

• Attend incoming leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.

• Call prospective customers and understand their business requirements.

• Explain and sell WhatsApp Business API & Automation solutions.

• Conduct product demonstrations via phone, WhatsApp or online meetings.

• Follow up regularly with interested prospects.

• Convert qualified leads into paying customers.

• Find and approach new potential business clients.

• Handle customer questions and sales objections.

• Negotiate and close deals.

• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

• Coordinate with the onboarding and support teams after closing sales.
