    • Develop advanced reporting solutions, including joined reports, complex filters, and multidimensional data analysis.

    • Monitor and report on pipeline performance, forecasting accuracy, renewals, sales productivity, conversion rates, and revenue KPIs.

    • Analyze sales trends, funnel performance, and forecast attainment to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.

    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into scalable, reliable Salesforce solutions.

    • Maintain data integrity across Salesforce Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Forecasting objects.

    • Conduct regular data audits, investigate discrepancies, and improve the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of reporting.

    • Establish and promote CRM data governance standards and best practices.

    • Support forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, quota management, and other sales operations initiatives.

    • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to align reporting frameworks, definitions, and performance metrics.

    • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows and continuously improve sales operations processes.

    • Requirements

      • Proven experience in Salesforce Reporting, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM Analytics, or a related analytical role.

      • Advanced hands-on expertise in creating and managing Salesforce reports, custom report types, dashboards, joined reports, scheduled reports, and complex reporting filters.

      • Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures, standard objects, relationships, and reporting capabilities.

      • Experience supporting sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting.

      • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, data manipulation, and reporting.

      • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into meaningful business insights.

      • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to gather requirements and collaborate across multiple teams.

      • High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy, consistency, and quality.

      • Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and contribute effectively in a collaborative environment.

      • Desirable qualifications and experience:

        • Familiarity with SQL and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

        • Exposure to SaaS revenue metrics, forecasting methodologies, and go-to-market (GTM) operations.

        • Experience supporting sales compensation, territory planning, or quota-setting initiatives.

        • Salesforce certifications that demonstrate relevant platform or reporting expertise.

        • Candidates who meet most, but not necessarily all, of these requirements are encouraged to apply. A willingness to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to the team is highly valued.

          Benefits

          • Flexible working options: Access to flexibility arrangements that may include adjusted hours, staggered shifts, part-time schedules, and hybrid or remote work, depending on role requirements and individual circumstances.
