  • Test integrations between Salesforce and external systems and validate data flow and system behavior.
  • Perform regression testing following Salesforce releases, configuration changes, and new feature implementations.
  • Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure product stability and quality.
  • Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, product owners, and business stakeholders to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Contribute to improving QA processes, test strategies, and automation coverage.
  • Suggest product and functionality improvements based on usability, quality, and customer experience standards.
  • Support UAT activities and ensure business requirements are properly validated before release.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Software Quality Assurance/Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead QA role.
  • Strong hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications and solutions is a MUST.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce testing, including functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, configurations, customizations, and integrations from a QA/testing perspective.
  • Proven expertise in both manual and automated testing, including hands-on experience with automation frameworks.
  • Experience designing and executing detailed test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and regression suites for complex software systems.
  • Experience testing integrations between Salesforce and external applications or systems.
  • Strong track record of identifying, isolating, and documenting critical bugs and edge cases, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience leading and mentoring QA teams and managing quality processes in Agile or hybrid development environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear business impact.
  • Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools.
