Job Description:
1. Migration Programme Strategy & Governance
Define and own the end-to-end SAP PI/PO to CPI migration strategy, methodology, and phased delivery roadmap.
Conduct executive-level landscape assessments across XI 3.0, PI 7.x, and PO 7.4/7.5 environments to establish migration scope and complexity.
Establish migration governance framework: wave planning, interface prioritisation matrix, risk register, and dependency management.
Define standards for migration patterns - A2A, B2B, IDoc, RFC, ccBPM-to-CPI equivalents, and hybrid integration scenarios.
Own the programme-level Go/No-Go decision framework, cutover strategy, and rollback contingency plans.
Ensure full alignment of the CPI migration programme with enterprise architecture, SAP CoE roadmap, and IT strategy.
2. Technical Architecture & Solution Leadership
Serve as the SAP Integration solution authority - reviewing and approving all CPI iFlow designs, architecture decisions, and integration patterns.
Define technical standards for iFlow development: naming conventions, error handling patterns, externalised parameters, and reusable packages.
Govern end-to-end integration architecture across SAP and non-SAP systems - including S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and third-party platforms.
Oversee migration of complex ccBPM/BPM processes, advanced mapping scenarios, and alert/monitoring configurations to CPI.
Drive adoption of SAP Integration Suite capabilities: API Management, Event Mesh, Trading Partner Management (TPM), and Integration Advisor.
Establish CPI tenant management standards across Development, Quality, and Production environments on SAP BTP.
3. Quality Assurance, Security & Compliance
Define and enforce end-to-end testing standards: unit testing, SIT, performance testing, UAT, and regression testing frameworks.
Govern CPI security standards: OAuth 2.0, credential stores, SSL/TLS certificate management, keystore governance, and role-based access control.
Establish post-migration monitoring, alerting, and SLA management across CPI tenants using Operations Cockpit and custom dashboards.
Ensure migration deliverables comply with internal IT governance, data privacy regulations (GDPR), and audit requirements.
Conduct post-go-live reviews, hypercare governance, and lessons-learned sessions to drive continuous improvement.
