Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Non-Payroll Consultant to lead critical system operations and deliver tailored configuration solutions within the IT Services sector. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the stability and efficiency of our Human Capital Management environment, serving as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining high service levels, resolving complex operational challenges, and driving continuous improvement initiatives for Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Time Management modules.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incidents within the Application Management Services (AMS) framework, ensuring timely ticket handling and adherence to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  
• Design and implement configuration-based solutions that address specific business requirements while maintaining system integrity.
  
• Oversee user authorization structures to guarantee data security and compliance with organizational policies.
  
• Facilitate seamless communication and coordination with stakeholders to align technical deliverables with business objectives.
  
• Provide expert support and maintenance for core SAP HCM functions, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management.
  
• Monitor production environments to proactively identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
  

RequirementsRequirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.
  
• Proven expertise in AMS and production support, with a strong track record of effective ticket management.
  
• Advanced proficiency in designing configuration-based solutions for non-payroll modules.
  
• Deep understanding of SAP authorization concepts and the ability to manage SLA-driven support activities.
  
• Solid functional knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management.
  
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholder groups and manage complex project deliverables.
  
• Salary expectation: ₹17 LPA.
