The Role
Your Role
As an SAP PI/PO & SAP Integration Suite (CPI) Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP landscapes. You will ensure seamless system connectivity, resolve production issues, monitor critical interfaces, and contribute to the stability and performance of integration platforms.
What will you do:
- Develop, support, and maintain interfaces using SAP PI/PO and SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI).
- Monitor integration landscapes and ensure availability of business-critical interfaces.
- Analyze and resolve production incidents, interface failures, and data inconsistencies.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide timely resolution of support tickets through ServiceNow.
- Support SAP ECC integrations using IDoc, RFC, Proxy, SOAP, REST, OData, File, and SFTP technologies.
- Coordinate with functional, Basis, infrastructure, and external teams for issue resolution and deployments.
- Implement interface enhancements, bug fixes, and support application testing activities.
- Monitor SAP ECC integration processes and proactively identify potential issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Ensure compliance with support SLAs, operational standards, and security requirements.
- Support encryption and secure communication mechanisms across integration interfaces.

Required Technical and Professional Experience:- Hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO and SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI).
- Strong knowledge of SAP integration technologies including IDoc, RFC, Proxy, SOAP, REST, OData, File, and SFTP.
- Experience in application maintenance and support (AMS) environments.
- Expertise in incident management, root cause analysis, and production support activities.
- Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools for ticket management.
- Strong monitoring and troubleshooting capabilities across SAP ECC integration landscapes.
- Understanding of interface deployment, testing, and migration processes.
- Knowledge of security concepts, encryption mechanisms, and secure data transmission.
- Experience preparing technical documentation and support handover materials.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:- Experience with SAP BTP services and cloud-based integration architecture.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration scenarios and migration projects.
- Exposure to API Management, Event Mesh, and hybrid integration architectures.
- Experience working in global AMS support models with SLA-driven environments.
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and transport management processes for integrations.
- Familiarity with XML, XSLT, JSON, Groovy scripting, and message mapping techniques.
- SAP Integration Suite (CPI) certification is an added advantage.
- Ability to drive process improvements, automation, and integration optimization initiatives.
