Job description

Manage end-to-end finance operations, including billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and expense management.
Prepare and verify client invoices and vendor bills, ensuring accuracy and adherence to agreed commercial terms.
Analyze booking and financial data to identify trends, monitor performance, and support data-driven business decisions.
Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and business intelligence reports to track revenue, costs, profitability, and operational performance.
Manage booking allocation to vendors based on pricing, availability, service requirements, and cost efficiency.
Maintain financial trackers and records covering bookings, expenses, receivables, payables, and reconciliations.
Monitor outstanding payments, investigate billing discrepancies, and coordinate timely resolution with clients and vendors.
Use advanced Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, and reporting automation to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Evaluate vendor costs and performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve resource utilization.
Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Management to streamline processes and support business objectives.
Support month-end financial closure, audit documentation, and management reporting.
Implement process improvements and internal controls to enhance financial accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.
