As a Billing Platform Techno-Functional Consultant you will support enterprise Quote-to-Cash transformation work by configuring billing solutions, reviewing business requirements, and helping shape end-to-end processes across subscription management, pricing, invoicing, payments, collections, and revenue activities. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, guide junior team members, and build client relationships while developing a deeper understanding of the business context within our Advisory practice. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to implementation, customization, integrations, testing, data migration, production support, and issue resolution for Billing Platform solutions, while working across finance operations to deliver practical outcomes for clients and strengthen your technical and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

\- Analyzing billing and quote-to-cash requirements to translate business needs into functional and technical solution designs
\- Configuring billing platform capabilities across subscription management, pricing, usage billing, invoicing, payments, collections, and revenue processes
\- Developing custom workflows, scripts, reports, integrations, and data migration components to support end-to-end implementation work
\- Performing fit-gap assessments and documenting process changes, configuration decisions, and technical design details
\- Supporting unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and release readiness activities
\- Troubleshooting production issues, conducting root cause analysis, and validating fixes across billing lifecycle processes
\- Collaborating with solution architects, technical teams, functional consultants, and client stakeholders to move workstreams forward
\- Applying Oracle, BillingPlatform, Zuora, SQL, REST, SOAP, and reporting skills to deliver scalable billing solutions
\- Preparing knowledge transfer materials and supporting user training, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization
\- Contributing reusable assets and process improvements that strengthen delivery consistency and client value

What You Must Have

\- At least a Bachelor's degree
\- At least 4 years of experience
\- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

\- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science
\- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Lead-to-Revenue or related Oracle Customer Experience (CX) Revenue Cloud applications
\- Demonstrating billing platform configuration across quote-to-cash lifecycle
\- Analyzing fit-gap findings and translating needs into design
\- Developing integrations, workflows, reports, and data migration solutions
\- Supporting testing, production issue analysis, and client communication
\- Guiding junior team members through complex delivery work
