Job Description:
Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements.
Conduct discussions with business stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and requirements.
Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.
Perform AS-IS / TO-BE process analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
Conduct requirement walkthroughs and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.
Define acceptance criteria and support the QA team during test case preparation and UAT.
Coordinate UAT, analyze defects/issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Manage requirement changes, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Create process maps, data flows, and business process documentation using appropriate tools.
Support Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Provide regular status updates and communicate requirements and project progress effectively to stakeholders.
