Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced insurance operations professional with knowledge of the US Property & Casualty insurance industry, particularly Workers' Compensation claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Workers' Compensation claim transactions.
• Handle payment-related and forms-related claim activities.
• Perform wage calculations associated with Workers' Compensation claims.
• Review claim documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Apply appropriate Workers' Compensation coverage requirements.
• Understand and follow relevant US state regulations and requirements.
• Process assigned transactions within agreed service levels.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality.
• Escalate claim exceptions or discrepancies where required.
• Experience in US Property & Casualty insurance.
• Workers' Compensation claims experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with claims payments and forms.
• Understanding of wage calculations.
• Knowledge of the Workers' Compensation claims lifecycle.
• Understanding of Workers' Compensation coverages.
• Awareness of US state-level insurance requirements.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
