This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer and Video Editor based in India.

As a Senior Graphic Designer and Video Editor, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and creative communication of a growing, globally focused organization. You will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content and engaging video assets that strengthen brand awareness and support digital marketing initiatives. Working closely with the marketing team, you will transform creative concepts into compelling designs for social media, digital campaigns, and other communication channels. Your work will include branding, animations, infographics, social media graphics, GIFs, memes, and short-form videos. You will have the opportunity to combine creativity with strategic thinking, ensuring that every visual asset reflects the brand's identity and marketing objectives. Accountabilities:

• Creative Concept Development: Develop innovative and high-quality creative concepts for a wide range of design projects, including branding materials, animations, infographics, social media posts, GIFs, memes, and short-form videos.
• Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation: Create visually compelling graphics and digital assets that communicate key messages effectively while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Video Editing & Production: Edit and produce engaging video content for social media marketing, digital campaigns, and other promotional activities, ensuring professional quality and audience engagement.
• Social Media Design: Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to develop creative content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter).
• Visual Storytelling: Transform marketing briefs, concepts, and ideas into creative visual assets and engaging videos that support brand communication and marketing objectives.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure visual consistency across all creative materials, maintaining appropriate layouts, typography, colors, and design standards.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with marketing and other internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, contribute creative ideas, and develop effective design solutions.
• Project Management & Delivery: Manage multiple creative assignments simultaneously, ensuring all projects are completed to a high standard and delivered within agreed timelines.
• Quality Control: Review and refine graphics, animations, and video content to ensure accuracy, visual appeal, technical quality, and alignment with project expectations.
• Continuous Creative Improvement: Stay informed about emerging design trends, video editing techniques, digital content formats, and creative tools to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual content.

Requirements:

• 2–8 years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, visual communication, or a related creative field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across different creative projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with other design and editing tools such as Sketch and related desktop publishing applications.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design fundamentals, including composition, layouts, typography, color theory, branding, and visual hierarchy.
• Understanding of design requirements across digital platforms, social media, print, and web formats.
• Practical experience creating social media graphics, animations, infographics, GIFs, memes, and short-form video content.
• Excellent visual composition skills, with a strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and creative storytelling.
• Highly creative mindset with the ability to translate briefs and marketing objectives into original and engaging visual concepts.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to receive feedback, incorporate revisions, and adapt creative work to evolving project requirements.
• Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must be comfortable working Monday to Friday during US shift hours, from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.

• A compelling portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design, branding, digital marketing creatives, and video editing projects.
• Demonstrated ability to produce visually engaging content across multiple digital platforms.
