Senior Manager - Employee Benefits and Wellbeing

We are seeking a Senior Manager - Employee Benefits and Wellbeing to manage the delivery and administration of employee benefits and wellness programs, supporting a competitive and consistent employee experience across India.

The role involves liaising with global teams and coordinating Global Mobility inbound support, particularly benefits enrollment, employee transition, and local stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration and delivery of employee benefits and wellness programs in line with approved frameworks and employee needs.
• Lead health, life, and accident insurance, retirement benefits, leave-related benefits, and employee assistance offerings.
• Lead benefit renewals, benchmarking, plan reviews, and cost analysis; provide data and recommendations for program improvements.
• Ensure timely benefits enrollment, eligibility administration, employee data accuracy, claims escalation, and query resolution.
• Deliver wellness initiatives across physical, mental, emotional, social, and financial wellbeing, using participation and utilization insights to improve outcomes.
• Manage employee communications, campaigns, and awareness sessions to improve understanding and utilization of benefits and wellness programs.
• Coordinate vendors, service levels, program budgets, utilization reporting, and employee feedback, escalating risks and service issues as required.
• Liaise with global benefits, wellness, and HR teams to align local delivery with global frameworks, share India insights, and support cross-border initiatives.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Procurement, Health & Safety, and Communications to ensure compliant and integrated program delivery.
• Coordinate Global Mobility inbound support, including pre-arrival planning, local benefits orientation, enrollment, and benefits continuity for international assignees.
• Act as the local benefits contact for inbound assignees and liaise with global mobility teams and specialist providers on payroll, immigration, tax, and relocation dependencies.
