Job description

Location: Bangalore, INDIA; India
Department: Brandfolder

For over 20 years, Smartsheet has empowered teams to manage work seamlessly and scale solutions smarter. Now, in our most ambitious chapter yet, we are uniting human teams with AI agents. By orchestrating the work agents do best, automating manual tasks and uncovering insights at scale, we create the space for people to focus on what truly matters: judgment, creativity, and big thinking. That is magic at work, and it’s what we show up for every day.

We are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager I to own the integrations and agentic ecosystem for Brandfolder, Smartsheet's Digital Asset Management platform. This is a high-growth, strategically critical product area. It covers how Brandfolder connects to the tools where marketing and creative teams work, and how AI agents find, use and govern brand content through MCP, connectors, APIs and partner integrations.

Your work will determine whether Brandfolder is the trusted source of brand content for people and AI agents alike. This is an individual contributor role for a product leader with strong technical fluency, deep customer instincts and the confidence to drive a complex, cross-surface product area across multiple engineering teams and external partners.

You Will

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for Brandfolder's MCP server, connector framework, public API and integrations and make clear prioritization and sequencing decisions
  • Define how AI agents such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot discover, retrieve, create and update brand assets, while keeping permissions, usage rights and brand governance intact
  • Lead the evolution of Brandfolder's integration portfolio
  • Define the API and agent-readiness strategy: authentication, scopes, rate limits, webhooks, tool design and developer experience for customers, partners and AI clients
  • Own the quality, reliability and supportability of existing integrations, and shape the migration path from legacy connectors to the new platform
  • Lead customer and partner discovery sessions to validate assumptions
  • Author crisp product briefs, requirements and technical specs that design and engineering can execute without ambiguity, from discovery through GA and post-launch
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, security, GTM, Customer Success, Support and partner teams
  • Define success metrics for every feature, such as integration adoption, active accounts, agent task success, API usage and work with data teams to ensure instrumentation from day one
  • Represent product in leadership reviews, MBRs, partner conversations and customer engagements
  • Contribute to packaging and pricing decisions for integrations and AI capabilities

You Have

  • 4+ years of product management experience delivering high-impact features in enterprise SaaS or B2B software
  • Experience owning platform, API, integration, connectors or developer-facing product areas, including how products work with AI models and agents is a strong plus
  • Experience with content, digital asset management, marketing technology or workflow products is a plus
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguous, technically complex problem spaces and make clear scoping and sequencing decisions across multiple engineering teams and external partners
  • A working understanding of authentication and authorization (OAuth, SSO, role-based permissions), APIs and webhooks, and data security considerations for AI
  • Strong customer instincts: you run structured discovery, synthesize signal and turn it into well-scoped, validated decisions
  • A track record of excellent product briefs, requirements and specs that engineering acts on without ambiguity
  • Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across engineering, design, security, GTM and Customer Success, including third-party partner dependencies
  • A data-driven mindset: you define adoption, funnel, quality and reliability metrics before you ship and use post-launch data to guide iteration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
