Senior Systems Associate- Security Systems Solutions Engineering, Physical Security Technology

We are seeking a Sr. Systems Associate- Security Systems Solutions Engineering, Physical Security Technology to join our team at Visa in Bengaluru, India.

The role is responsible for assisting with the planning, design, coordination, implementation, and maintenance of Electronic Security Systems (ESS) in compliance with logical security practices as defined by Visa's Technology Divisions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as an Application Technology Contact (ATC) to support Technical Security Assessments (TSAs), compliance with Cyber Security controls, and audit requirements
• Coordinating and facilitating testing, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of GSS ESS and sub-system platforms
• Assisting in the remediation of compliance findings to address requirements for software code, script, and technology changes
• Providing timely and effective triage of critical incidents that affect the ESS and its subsystems and integrations
• Configuring servers, services, and selected data feeds
• Supporting the roll-out, testing, and maintenance of new or updated technology solutions

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience and an Associate degree or Certificate in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in systems analysis, enterprise application support, cross-functional IT operations, and technical business analysis
• Fundamental experience with program, project and release management and engineering
• Proficiency in diagnosing recurring system issues, identifying process inefficiencies, evaluating competing solutions, and making recommendations backed by data
• Proactive, innovative, collaborative, and driven to achieve results
• Good interpersonal and language skills, fluent in English (written and verbal) to a business level

Nice to have:

• Understanding of (applied) cryptography and exposure to HSM nCipher and/or payShield integrations
• Good knowledge and experience in using various database technologies
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and utilizing tools like Postman or Bruno for API testing
• Familiarity with any of the following technologies and/or platforms: RedHat Enterprise Linux, Powershell, F5 Load Balancers, Nginx, Grafana, ClickHouse, Apache, Jira Confluence
