Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Description:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects and programs within the pharmaceutical domain.

• Own project planning, execution, governance, delivery tracking, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.

• Partner with business and technology teams to translate business requirements into clear project plans and delivery outcomes.

• Manage multiple workstreams involving internal teams, technology partners, vendors, and business stakeholders.

• Drive project governance including status reporting, RAID management, milestone tracking, budget/resource coordination, and executive updates.

• Identify project risks and dependencies proactively and drive mitigation and resolution.

• Coordinate across technical teams covering application development, integrations, data, platforms, infrastructure, or digital solutions, depending on the program.

• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with organizational quality, security, compliance, and governance requirements.

• Build strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for project delivery.

• Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes and governance practices.
