We are currently seeking a Senior Workday Total Rewards Support Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Senior Workday Total Rewards Support Consultant Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday Total Rewards Support Consultant to provide functional expertise, production support, optimization, and continuous improvement for Workday Total Rewards solutions. The role will be responsible for supporting and enhancing Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, Payroll interfaces, Rewards Programs, and Reporting while partnering with HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess deep Workday functional knowledge, strong analytical skills, and experience supporting global Total Rewards operations in complex enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities 6–10+ years of HRIS, HR Operations, or Workday support experience and 4+ years of hands-on Workday Total Rewards experience. Support annual compensation review cycles, merit increases, bonus planning, stock awards, and incentive programs. Configure and maintain compensation plans, eligibility rules, compensation grades, and compensation packages. Assist HR and Compensation teams with compensation audits, validations, and testing activities. Ensure compensation processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain and support benefits plans, eligibility rules, enrollment events, life events, and benefit calculations. Troubleshoot employee benefits issues and enrollment discrepancies and Support annual open enrollment activities and benefits program changes. Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards related to compensation, benefits, and absence management. Support ad hoc reporting requests from HR, Compensation, Payroll, Finance, and leadership teams. Evaluate Workday bi-annual releases for impacts to Total Rewards processes. Conduct regression testing, UAT support, and validation of new features and Document configuration changes, test results, and deployment activities. Collaborate with HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements. Provide functional guidance and training to business users and HR teams. Support audits, compliance reviews, and internal governance activities. Serve as a trusted advisor for Workday Total Rewards functionality and best practices. Workday Functional Expertise in Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Benefits Familiarity in Workday Absence Management, Workday Core HCM and Workday Security Fundamentals Experience in functional configuration in Total Rewards Strategy, Compensation Planning, Incentive Programs, Salary Review Cycles, Benefits Administration and HR Compliance and Governance Experience in Incident and Problem Management, Root Cause Analysis, User Support and Training and Documentation Knowledge Management and Testing and Release Validation Familiarity with Workday Payroll and Payroll integrations and Prism Analytics and People Analytics. Knowledge of global compensation and benefits programs and Experience supporting multinational organizations. Experience with HR Service Delivery and Shared Services environments. Exposure to Workday Extend and automation capabilities. Understanding of AI-driven HR technologies and workforce analytics. Strong understanding of HR operations, compensation, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes. Workday Compensation Certification or Workday Benefits Certification Additional Requirements Must be willing to work from the office 5 days a week . Must be able to work from Bengaluru, Noida, or Hyderabad . Flexibility to support business-critical activities, including financial close cycles, production deployments, and system upgrades outside regular business hours when required.
