Job description
Location: Bengaluru Department: IT
We are looking for a Service Owner to define, monitor, and govern operational service standards, service management practices, and quality expectations for a defined Technology platform or capability area. The role ensures GSK retains clear ownership of service outcomes across a largely outsourced and multisourced ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Set and govern service delivery and operations standards
Assure operational performance across a multisourced ecosystem
Drive service automation and operational productivity
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Technology Management, or a related discipline
Significant experience in technology service ownership, service delivery management, platform operations, service governance, or operational assurance within a complex global organization
Experience working in outsourced or multisourced technology environments, governing partner delivery against standards, controls, and measurable service outcomes
Preferred Skills:
Service ownership and operational governance
Multisourced delivery assurance
Cloud and infrastructure service ownership
ITIL 4 / SIAM fluency and full service lifecycle management
Service performance analytics
Automation-first operations and responsible AI
Influence and judgement in a regulated environment
