Software Engineer

Job Description:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

• Develop and maintain microservices-based applications to support business requirements and application functionality.

• Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and web services for seamless communication between applications and systems.

• Apply object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and coding best practices to develop efficient and maintainable software.

• Develop business logic, application components, and backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

• Work with databases to perform data retrieval, persistence, and transaction management.

• Implement exception handling, logging, validation, and security mechanisms to ensure application reliability.

• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, architects, and other team members to deliver end-to-end software solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to maintain code quality and application stability.

• Identify and resolve technical issues, production defects, and application performance bottlenecks.

• Participate in the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Support unit testing, integration testing, and defect resolution to ensure application quality and functionality.

• Follow Agile development practices and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and other team ceremonies.

• Maintain technical documentation, API specifications, and application design documents.

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, software development best practices, and security guidelines.
