Role Overview

PrimeTalentBridge is seeking an Executive with mandatory knowledge of US Property & Casualty insurance for a multinational client. Candidates with claims-processing experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Process P&C insurance claims-related transactions.
• Review and validate insurance documentation.
• Follow established operating procedures and quality standards.
• Achieve assigned productivity and SLA targets.
• Ensure processing accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with operational procedures.
• Identify incomplete or inconsistent insurance information.
• Escalate exceptions appropriately.
• Knowledge of US Property & Casualty insurance is mandatory.
• Claims-processing knowledge preferred.
• Ability to understand insurance documents.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good analytical ability.
• Comfortable working in a structured operations environment.
• Flexibility to work in a 24x7 operating environment.
