**Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Chillers & HVAC Systems**

### Location - Pune

### Role Summary

The Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Chillers is responsible for providing technical expertise and support for HVAC and chiller projects across India. The role plays a critical part in project execution, technical documentation, design reviews, pre-commissioning, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer support activities. The SME acts as a trusted technical advisor to internal teams, customers, contractors, and service personnel to ensure successful project delivery and optimal chiller system performance.

### Key Responsibilities

### Technical Support & Project Execution

• Provide technical support for HVAC and chiller projects from project initiation through handover.
• Review project specifications, drawings, submittals, and engineering documents.
• Support project teams in chiller selection, system integration, and application engineering.
• Assist field teams in addressing technical challenges during installation and execution phases.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, operations, service, and customer teams for project success.

### Documentation & Engineering Support

• Prepare and review technical documentation including: Method StatementsCommissioning PlansTechnical SubmittalsAs-built DocumentationInspection and Test Plans (ITP)Installation GuidelinesOperation & Maintenance Manuals
• Maintain project records and ensure compliance with customer and company requirements.
• Support technical bid documentation and project closeout documentation.
